It should be apparent to everyone that emails (in both directions) have not been arriving where we all wanted them to. In view of the fact that we are three weeks out, it is important that everyone get the necessary information. Accordingly, in order to avoid the email issues, I’m asking everyone to please check the “updates” tab at ibecc.net every day or two. I’ll send out an email notification when I post something, but please take the initiative to check the site frequently, just in case you don’t receive the email.

The deadline on the discounted rate at the Sheraton officially closed last week. If you had a problem on this score, please call the hotel directly at 781-444-1110 ext 1 and ask to speak to Kelly O’Toole.
