We are working on the first draft of the schedule and need to know ASAP if there are times when your team is not available on Thursday, April 15 (when you will give your main presentation) or Friday, April 16 (when you will give your 10-minute and 90-second presentations). Time slots on Thursday are 90 minutes and run from morning until afternoon or, if we need it, early evening. What we prefer on Friday is that you give your 10-minute presentation in the morning (during a 30-minute time block) and your 90-second presentation (15-minute time block) in the afternoon, because that gives you the chance to benefit from any feedback you receive. However, teams had so many conflicting demands last year that we combined the two on Friday. That’s not ideal, but we can do it again that way if we have to.
