| We would like to begin the process of scheduling presentations for the competition. Main presentations will be given on Thursday, April 20; 10-minute and 90-second presentations on Friday, April 21. (The 10-minute will be earlier in the day; the 90-second, later in the day.) We use 90-minute blocks for the Thursday presentations. We use 90-minute blocks for the 10-minute presentations on Friday (multiple teams will present during the time block). We use 60-minute blocks for the 90-second presentations on Friday (multiple teams will present during the time block). We run concurrent sessions. We are sensitive to issues related to the range of time zones we need to accommodate. To begin the process of scheduling, please tell us, first, which times on both days are impossible for your team, then which times are preferable. We will be using US Eastern Daylight Time.
