1. Because a couple of teams unable to get travel funds have dropped out, there might be a slight shift in the schedule or makeup of the divisions. That should all be finalized by Monday. So the current schedule posted here might be revised.

2. If all goes well, all the presentations on Thursday and Friday will be streamed live via Zoom. Links will be available here for anyone interested.

3. IBECC begins with a general orientation session on Wednesday at 7 PM in the Embarcadero Room at the Parc 55 Hotel. We recognize that travel constraints might prevent some teams from attending, but we encourage everyone else to do so.

4. Everything else will take place on Thursday and Friday at the Center for Ethics & Sustainable Business, San Francisco State University location on the 5th floor of 160 Spear Street. This is a little over a mile from the Parc 55. There are a variety of options for getting to 160 Spear Street. Please plan accordingly to arrive on time.

5. The final event will be a reception followed by the announcement of the awards on Friday. Reception-style food will be available at 6 PM. Awards will be announced at 6:30. This is scheduled early so that you will have an opportunity to have dinner in San Francisco.

6. On Thursday, please have your presentation on a USB drive so that it can be loaded to the laptop in the room. We have remote clickers.

7. Be mindful of the fact that each part of the competition has a time limit: 25-minutes, 10-minutes and 90-seconds. It will be the team’s responsibility to track its time. Going long will be considered a major mistake.

8. While we ask all judges to read your executive summaries that we’ve posted, it would help to bring extra copies—for both Thursday and Friday.
