Register for the 2017 IBECC
Schools may register up to two teams – one per division (i.e. one undergraduate and one graduate. Schools may not enter more than one team per division). Teams must be comprised of 3-5 students. Teams are encouraged to have advisors, but it is not mandatory in order to register and compete.
To register your team for 2017 IBECC, you must complete 2 steps:
- Complete the online registration form at http://tinyurl.com/2017registration. If you do not yet have your topic or all your team members, please write TBD in those spaces. Please save your confirmation – it will have a link allowing you to make changes to your registration information.
- Submit payment at http://tinyurl.com/IBECCpayment. This year’s registration fees are $450 for one team or $700 for two teams. (You should choose your divisions from a dropdown menu and leave the quantity as “1”.)
The non-refundable registration fee covers up to 6 people (team members and advisors). A $75 banquet fee will be charged for any additional individuals attending the banquet.
You will be considered preregistered if you do not submit your payment on the same day as your online registration. To complete your registration and guarantee your participation in IBECC, you must submit payment.
While there is no formal deadline for registration, spaces are allotted on a first-come basis, so we suggest you complete your registration as soon as possible.
**Please note that the payment system accepts payment for two teams, but the online registration will allow you to register only one team at a time.
If you prefer to send a check, make check payable to “Loyola Marymount University” and write “2017 IBECC Registration” in the memo portion. If the check is not issued by your school, also include the school’s name in the memo. Send check to:
