Memo #4

Dear teams,

Please see below as a reminder for upcoming deadlines and other details.

1.  Hotel – Wednesday, March 30
The event will be held at the Boston Marriott Cambridge.  To reserve your room with the special rate of $249/night, be sure to make your reservation by the deadline. You may book on line at our reservation page or contact Erin Ryan (, 617-252-4445) for assistance.

*Awards will be announced and prizes will be distributed the evening of the 22nd, so please do not book your flight home before Saturday the 23th.

2. Biathlon
We have charted out a beautiful 4-mile run/walk course along the Charles River for the biathlon time-trial, and there is also a Tourist Division for students who prefer to walk 8,000 steps exploring Boston. In order for a team to be eligible for the biathlon prizes, at least two members must participate–although the more members of the team that participate, the higher the team’s score will be. Please register as soon as possible. If you register by March 15, we can guarantee that you will receive the T-shirt size you request. Also, we hope that each team will take seriously the fact that a major goal of the biathlon is to raise a donation for a local organization. We’re asking that each team aim to raise donations of at least $100-$200.

3.  Executive Summary – Tuesday, March 22
Please read the instructions and download the form at our website’s Executive Summary Page.  Send your form as a
Word document to by the deadline. You may bring an updated version of your Executive Summary to the event.

4.  Presentation Guidelines
As a reminder, in order to be eligible for prizes, your presentation needs to be set up so that you are addressing a business audience. Further information on presentation guidelines and the program can be found at It is highly recommended that you to watch some of last year’s presentations in the VIDEO section of our website.

We encourage you to follow our @IBECCEthics Twitter posts #IBECC2016 for updates, reminders, and helpful tips.  You can also ask us questions and connect with other participants.

Thank you!
