Dear Friends,
The reservation link for the JW Marriott Santa Monica Le Merigot Beach Hotel and Spa Resort is now available. We are asking all teams to stay at the J.W. Marriott Le Merigot as per our group rate agreement with the hotel. Awards will be announced and prizes will be distributed on the evening of Friday, April 21, so please do not book your flight home before Saturday, April 22.
Prices and Dates
For the evenings of Tuesday, April 17 through Tuesday, April 24, we have secured a discounted group rate of $279 nightly plus approximately $50 in local taxes and fees. This rate includes complimentary internet in guest rooms and 20% off spa services.
You must reserve your room as part of the IBECC group block by Wednesday, March 29th to receive the discounted rate.
Online Reservations
You may reserve your room online using the reservation link on the IBECC website. When reserving online, please reserve each room separately and indicate the number of people who will be staying in each room. Double rooms are limited in availability and are not guaranteed. If no double rooms are available when you make your reservation, reserve a single king room and request a rollaway bed (which will be provided free of charge) on the reservation details page.

Phone Reservations
If you wish to book your reservation over the phone, call the Marriott reservation line at 1-888-539-7899 and mention Loyola Marymount University/IBECC to receive the discounted rates. Please be sure to mention the number of people staying in each room.
