  • The Marriott has asked us to inform you that if the cardholder of the credit card paying for your rooms will NOT be present at the Marriott, the cardholder needs to submit a Credit Card Authorization form before your team checks into your rooms. Please call or email Erin Ryan at 617-252-4445 ( to obtain a Credit Card Authorization form.
  • Please sign up for your starting time for the run/walk division of the biathlon by clicking this link.
  • We have added a gluten-free, vegan option to the banquet menu: stuffed eggplant. If you need to change your entree selection or have yet to send us your team’s selections, please do so by Friday, April 8. Send us a list with the names of each team member and adviser, each person’s entree selection (chicken, swordfish, vegetarian lasagna, or stuffed eggplant), and any corresponding dietary restrictions.
  • Powerpoint presentations are due next week on Monday, April 11.  Please save your presentations in .pptx format (Powerpoint 2010 or 2007).  Please do not use cloud-based applications.

Remember that there is a $500 prize for the team that raises the most money. Holy Cross is the current leader at $120.

Thank you, and see you in two weeks!
